Hormone Therapy
Personalized care through perimenopause, menopause, & beyond.
Hormonal changes can affect everything — energy, mood, sleep, weight, focus, and overall quality of life. And too often, women are told their labs are "normal" while nothing about how they feel is normal.
Our hormone therapy services are designed to help you feel like yourself again by addressing the underlying shifts that happen during perimenopause and menopause. Care is personalized around you, starting with your labs, your symptoms, your goals, and what you've already tried.
Your Treatment Options
There's no single approach to hormone therapy. What works depends on where you are, what your labs show, and how your body is responding. Here's what we may recommend based on your evaluation.
Menopause Hormone Therapy (MHT)
Supports estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone levels in women during perimenopause and menopause. Can help with fatigue, weight changes, hot flashes, brain fog, sleep issues, and mood shifts. Prescribed and adjusted based on your labs and how you're feeling over time.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
Testosterone is an important hormone for both women and men. When levels are low, it can affect energy, metabolism, muscle mass, libido, mood, and focus. Therapy is prescribed and monitored based on lab work and individual symptoms — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Additional Personalized Therapies
When appropriate, patients may have access to additional treatments including peptide-based options such as Sermorelin or NAD+, along with other individualized approaches. Everything is guided by your data and adjusted as your needs evolve.
Every treatment plan is built around your labs, your symptoms, and your goals — and adjusted over time as your body responds. Nothing is prescribed without context.

Perimenopause is usually identified based on symptoms, age, and cycle changes. Lab work can help rule out other issues and provide a baseline, but hormones often fluctuate during this stage. We decide together what testing is helpful.
