Medical Weight Loss
A medical approach to weight that works with your body, not against it.
Weight loss isn't just about willpower. Hormones, inflammation, metabolism, stress, sleep, and insulin all play a role — and when those systems shift, what used to work stops working. That's not a failure. It's biology.
Our medical weight loss services are designed to find the why behind the change and build a plan that actually fits your body, your health, and your life. This is clinician-led, personalized care with real support — for women and men.
Your Treatment Options
Every plan starts with lab work and a real conversation. Based on what we find, treatment may include one or more of the following — always tailored, never one-size-fits-all.
Semaglutide (GLP-1)
Helps regulate appetite, improve insulin sensitivity, and reduce food noise by mimicking a natural hormone involved in hunger and blood sugar control. One of the most well-studied options for sustainable weight loss.
Tirzepatide (GLP-1 / GIP)
A dual-action medication targeting both appetite and metabolic efficiency. Often a strong option for patients who need more support with appetite regulation or blood sugar management.
Other GLP-1 Pathways
For patients exploring additional options, we'll evaluate the available GLP-1 pathways and determine the safest, most effective fit based on your labs, history, and how your body responds.
Medication is only part of the picture. Every patient also receives ongoing nutritional guidance, lab monitoring, and monthly check-ins to track progress and make adjustments.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
If you’ve been struggling to lose weight and have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, pre-diabetes, diabetes, or weight that just won’t come off, you may be a good candidate. During your visit, we’ll review your health, history, and goals to make sure this is safe and appropriate for you.
-
We prescribe GLP-1 medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide. The exact option and dose depend on how your body responds and what works best for you.
-
GLP-1 medications work with your body’s natural hormones to reduce hunger, curb cravings, and help you feel full sooner and longer. Many people notice they think less about food and feel more in control of their eating.
-
Most patients lose 10–20% of their body weight over time when medication is paired with healthy habits. Everyone is different, but we’ll track your progress and adjust as needed.
-
Mild nausea, constipation, diarrhea, and reduced appetite are common when starting. We typically start at a low dose and prescribe anti-nausea medication and B12 to help. Most side effects resolve quickly. If they are severe or persistent, we will adjust your dose..
-
Some people do regain weight after stopping, which is why we focus on building habits that last. Many patients stay on a lower maintenance dose, while others transition off with a plan in place. You’ll want to really focus on exercise, weight lifting and nutrition to help you maintain your new weight.
-
You’ll usually meet with us about once a month at first. Once you’re stable, visits may be spaced out every 6–8 weeks so we can continue to monitor progress and make adjustments.
-
Visits are self-pay, but many insurance plans cover GLP-1 medications. We provide the paperwork your pharmacy needs to check your coverage.
